Anyone for golf?

This year saw a 30% increase in attendance from last year and gave us excellent opportunity to enjoy some informal time with our clients and collectively improve our handicaps (that was the intention)! Fortunately once again we had luck on our side and the weather proved to provide us with excellent conditions and no room for a “bad weather” excuse when a poor card was posted! The competition was hard fought and some excellent stapleford scores were posted but in the end the winning total was 40 points which was posted by Anne Abrahamsen. Our congratulations go to Anne and a prize will be duly presented. 2nd place was not far behind with Richard Churchill scoring 39- unlucky Richard- there’s always next year! We know that those that attended this year will be keen to go out again in 2010; and for those of you that couldn’t make it this year- we hope to see you out on the greens and fairways in the not too distant future.
