How do you recruit staff at Global Reach Partners?

Global Reach Partners utilises a number of processes from recommendation and head hunting to the more traditional routes of Recruitment companies and advertising. Of growing prominence is web based processes whereby we advertise on our own web-site which would be accessed by people seeking a specific career in our sector.

What do you look for in applicants?

We seek people with high personal drive and enthusiasm coupled with skills and competencies for the vacancies we have. Sales personnel do not necessarily need experience in our sector but must possess sound knowledge of the sales process and demonstrable success.

What opportunities are there for career progression?

At Global Reach Partners we pride ourselves on our extensive training program in which we dedicate great time and resource on an internal and external basis. We strive to improve people for their own development and subsequently for their success within our Company

Can I apply for more than one role?

There is limited scope within our organisation for candidates to possess skills across the board within our career structure and it is important to identify your own skill set and how it is appropriate to the role applied for.

What can I expect at an interview?

At the first interview we will seek to establish an all round appreciation of the qualities and skills which the candidate may bring to the role and establish a mutual feel for suitability in the role. If this is successfully established, a second interview is arranged to explore in depth the competencies of the candidate in the role. It may be that after this stage a decision is made but we reserve the option to undertake a third interview to establish certainty.

If my application is unsuccessful, can I request feedback?

If the application is unsuccessful we would be most pleased to provide feedback to the candidate.

Can I apply if I don't have a full work-permit?

Providing the applicant qualified under the current laws of immigration and possessed acceptable paperwork we would consider an application for employment at GRP.

What training will I receive?

A fully detailed training program will be given to each new employee and this process will be continued throughout their employment.

What are the benefits?

In addition to basic salary and agreed commission or bonus structure, Global Reach Partners provides a personal pension with a company contribution of 5% of salary and private medical insurance subject to successful completion of the probationary period.
