About the role

A target driven role managing a team of 8 heads providing Foreign Exchange Strategies to commercial clients predominantly in the UK. The role will involve motivating, coaching and developing the team itself and also relevant marketing activities to ensure all targets are exceeded.

About you

To be part of this dynamic sales team, you will need at least 3 years sales management experience, preferably in the finance industry. You will have demonstrated an aptitude for exceeding sales targets, coaching, mentoring and managing poor performance.
